2005-2006 Reflections Winners
Theme - "I Wonder Why..."

Did you know...
There were 4,767 entries in the Reflections Program this year; 148 in
Music, 894 in Photography, 1,393 in Literature, 2,294 in Visual Arts and 35 in Dance.

Colorado PTA President Mary Lou Anderson, 1964-1966, created the Reflections Program. Reflections became a National PTA Program in 1969. And, it’s still going strong!  The Reflections Program embraces all students in grades Preschool through Twelve in the areas of Visual Arts, Photography, Literature and Music. Dance was added to Colorado PTA’s categories in 2003.

Mary Lou Anderson Award for Outstanding Interpretation
This award is a special Colorado PTA award for the student that submits the most outstanding Reflections entry. It is chosen personally by the Anderson family from all the Colorado PTA state finalists, all categories and all age groups. A traveling trophy is kept for the following year at the recipient’s school. We would like to thank Bill and Kathy Anderson, Jim and Jane Anderson, Karen Kelly, Kris Anderson, Brad and Rachel Anderson and Pat Anderson for selecting the winning entry for this year.  Thank you for your continuing support.
