Panera Bread and Colorado PTA present the annual Rising Above Award to recognize outstanding teachers in the state of Colorado.  Encourage your PTA schools and kids to participate for a chance to win a grant for the school, a Panera Bread gift card for the teacher, a savings bond of the student, and much more! Winners for 2010  were announced at the annual Colorado PTA convention on April 24th.
